When to setup a PA or PLLC

I see many agents who should have a PLLC still working as a sole proprietor, while at the same time brand new agents who aren’t doing any business yet set up these corporate structures. In this short video I am going to explain when you do (and do not) need to set up a PA or a PLLC for your real estate business.
